These Healthy Breakfast Pancakes are filled with delicious goodness that will have you and the kids lining up for breakfast :)

The batter can be made in advance making it much quicker to get a hot breakfast to the table.  Adding a banana is a great way to build in nutrients as well as natural sweetness.

Feel free to use the basic batter and add your own favourites.
