We usually reserve pizza for Friday night. A spare pizza dough base also works well as a basic garlic pizza to accompany a dip or tasting plate. I recommend making the dough ahead of time, so it's ready to use by the time everyone gets home. Bring on your favourite toppings and enjoy!
Hint: Don't forget to pre-heat the oven to it's maximum temperature and then turn it back to 180 degrees celsius when you put the pizza in to bake.
