This classic bolognese sauce is a great addition to your healthy dinner recipes. It's a tried and true weekly staple in our home and is sure to become one in your home too.
My preference is to vary the grains, so I usually use a spelt penne or a gluten free gnocchi with this sauce and serve with a simple green salad.
Interestingly, I have found that if I add any casserole left overs (for example Beef and Guinness or Coq au Vin) into the Bolognese Sauce mix it seems to really take it to a whole new level!
