Healthy Eating Tasting Plates are a great way to spice up lunches and use up any leftovers.
The tasting plate can be anything you want it to be - the sky is the limit! The basic concept is to place any fruit, vegetables, meats and cheeses together for a healthy, satisfying and social meal. Great to get together and eat outside under the umbrella on a warm day. We love this for Saturday lunches - certainly beats a sandwich!
