This Spelt Bread Recipe is a staple in our home. We love to eat it warm with olive oil and balsamic to dip and a couple of favourite antipasto sides, e.g .sun dried tomatoes, olives, fresh ham, our favourite soft cheese. Our perfect Saturday lunch. :)
The real challenge for us is portion control. It's very hard for us not to eat the whole loaf!
Left overs are sliced and frozen for later. This recipe also defrosts and toasts beautifully.
